Fore! Join Dasher the Ox, Canny the monkey, Zippy the bat, and all
their friends as they make the links decidedly unpredictable. Choose to play courses in
Tokyo, Hawaii, or Arizona and hope the fates are smiling upon you, because your ball
could land in an "Event Area". When that happens, one of the crazy characters will
appear onscreen to hit or kick your golf ball from its current lie. Of course, this could help
your game, but it could also wreak a little havoc. The three modes of gameplay are
Stroke Mode where 18 holes are played for a score, Tour Mode where you compare your
tour scores to the pros, and Link Mode where you and a friend can use the link cable (not
included) to play a round together. To ensure bragging rights, the top three scores are
saved on the cartridge. And, for those who want a more traditional golf game, the rumble
feature and the "Event Areas" can be turned off.
