Sound Test:
On Controller 2, press and hold the 'R' and 'L' buttons, when the
Nintendo logo appears. Then use controller 1 to select sounds.

Japanese Characters:
Highlight the 'New Game' option on the menu screen and simultaneously 
press X and A. The text will be from the Japan version.
