Energy refill:

Using the default controller settings, do the following. Collect a
least ten missiles, ten super missiles, and eleven power bombs.
Perform the following actions when the life meter has less than fifty
points and the reserve energy tanks are empty. Morph into a ball and
press Select, Select, Select. Hold X (a power bomb will be released),
then hold L + R + Down. With all buttons held, the screen will turn
white when the power bomb explodes. The energy tanks will be now be
full.

Special Weapons:

Go into the Samus screen. Select Charge Beam and only ONE of the
following;  Ice, Wave, Spazer or Plasma. Go back to the main screen
and select "Power Bombs". Charge your weapon, a different effect will
happen for each of the four variants.
