Fire Ball:
The most important requirement of this code is getting ALL of the
Heart Tanks, Sub Tanks, Special Weapons, and Power Ups. After
accomplishing this, go to the Armored Armadillo stage. Ride the last
mine cart until it launches you outside. Just before it hits the wall,
jump to the cliff-side. Climb up, get the energy pellet, then fall off
the ledge into the pit, losing one life. Repeat this five times. On
the fifth time, a capsule will appear on the ledge. Stand in the
capsule to get the fireball from Dr. Light. From now on, whenever you
have full life, you will be able to throw a fireball by pressing Down,
Down-Forward, Forward, Y. Note: Passwords will not save this trick!
Because you have to lose lives, you can re-enter your password. As
long as you do not turn off the power, the game will count every time
you ride the mine cart. 

Special Ending Reward:
Beat the game and wait just over one minute at the "Thank You"
message. You'll get a special reward.

Secret Passwords:

Enter 1152 1176 2181 as a password and you'll get: 
Armor, helmet, acceleration, several heart tanks, 3 sub tanks (All
Bosses are intact)

Enter 8441 2136 4421 as a password and you'll get:
All items except for the Fire Ball.

Enter 6544 8278 6228 as a password and you'll get:
Almost all heart packs, 3 aux power packs, armor, helmet, boots,
blaster.
